- Was there anything you didn't like?Noisy!! Look like someone was doing some construction work. Also, took housekeeping so long to bring one roll a tissue up to my room. Almost a hour to get tissue.

- What did you like most?The staff was wonderful, very helpful and easy going. There is a lovely restaurant attached to the hotel that hotel guests receive a discount for. The food was great! The room itself was very clean, spacious for a big city room and you can't beat the location for downtown Chicago. The view wasn't bad either!
- Was there anything you didn't like?The only thing we had an issue with was hearing other guests in rooms near us. A family was staying either next to or above us and we could hear the kids yelling and the parents yelling at the kids, running around etc. Normal family stuff but the walls seemed a bit thin.
