No frills and loud, but...
- What did you like most?The room was decent, I liked that I could bring my dogs and that the hotel didn't charge me a fortune for it. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Our toilet wouldn't flush and when I told the staff about it, they sent a maintenance man who accused us of using too much toilet paper and plunged the toilet. The toilet still wouldn't flush, we ended up using the restroom in the lobby. If you rent a room at America's Best Value in Fort Myers, request your room on East side of the building because the Latin music coming from the restaurant/bar will keep you up at night. Staff was hard to find, since there is no real person in the lobby. The check-in and check-out process is done remotely. The only time there is staff in the lobby is during breakfast, and they don't communicate much with the customers.
