- What did you like most?The hotel is well located, close to Fifth Avenue, restaurants, and bars; the beach is beautiful and clean in the surrounding area.
- Was there anything you didn't like?On the day of my arrival, I was charged an additional $800 for an alleged booking error with my reservation. I had problems with the air conditioning in my room, which I reported on the first day of my stay, and they took a long time to resolve the issue until the third day, when they moved me to another room. From then on, the management staff stopped being friendly to my wife and me, to the point of not even greeting us when they saw us pass by.

- What did you like most?Great location to 5th avenue!!! It was very clean. Endless drinks is always nice. And the pool is amazing! Love the swim up bar. The restaurants were good. Our room was done perfectly every time we wanted it cleaned.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Too many people trying to sell you stuff. The buffet was okay. Our beach in front of The Reef had too much seaweed, so you can’t swim and if you’re not used to the smell it’s kind of unpleasant.
