Historic hotel needs new staff.
- What did you like most?The Hotel is stunning from the entrance with the grand staircases to the ballroom and the lift area. The history of the hotel is interesting. The room were a good size.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The staff at check-in were rude did not tell me anything about the hotel. Example where breakfast was or the cafe nor where the facilities were located. The hot breakfast was cold and the same for the three days we were there.
